The Director of Website Delivery is responsible for the management and success of the creative, development, maintenance, technical support and launch of all TravelClick Hotel website for our clients and customers. This position will be responsible for managing the Creative Design team and Web Development team and will be tasked to drive greater efficiencies, processes and results for our hotel customers’ website development and ongoing management.   This job will require cross function work with the sales and marketing team and a strong understanding of how online media affects results through great website design and functionality.    In addition, this role will be tasked with introducing new ways to leverage the team in order to grow additional revenue opportunities through creative ideas and web applications for hotels and online media.

The Program Manager (PM) role is an enterprise program management (ePO) position responsible for providing leadership to support the implementation of a Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence application that will replace our current Market Intelligence. The PM will develop and oversee the execution of enterprise-wide project management control processes; business process reengineering and most importantly change management perspectives that drive organizational improvements and efficiencies relative to this critical initiative. The PM is responsible for the management and coordination of all program activities throughout the project lifecycle, including project scope, definition, budget, project documentation (process flows and SOP’s), business resource planning and allocation, global training development and execution, solution deployment, and implementation post mortem / closure. This position will also work closely with the selected 3rd party partner and TravelCLICK’s IT Product Delivery, Product Management & Marketing, Service Delivery and Sales groups to deliver successful results. Provide support for IMS Account Managers and DOSs by compiling SEO reporting and suggesting improvements of current SEO efforts.  Analyst may also provide an internal analysis of active SEO projects for the purpose of developing improving department process and evolving best practices.  Proactively utilize data from multiple  arenas (PPC, SEO) to provide a complete TravelCLICK e-marketing analysis for clients.   Have familiarity with PPC industry and best practices  as well as demand generation.

The Media Manager plays a crucial role in proactive campaign management. The development of on-line marketing strategy that includes media plans and copy theme, in accordance with the objectives and strategies of assigned accounts. Oversees the implementation of the online media buys, and provides stewardship and analysis. Serves as a primary communications liaison between the client and the creative department, and ensures that all projects are completed and executed to the client's expectations. Strives to provide the highest quality of work in the quickest, most cost-effective manner. Recommends media mix and frequency as appropriate to budget and objectives. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
