The Program Manager (PM) role is an enterprise program management (ePO) position responsible for providing leadership to support the implementation of a Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence application that will replace our current Market Intelligence. The PM will develop and oversee the execution of enterprise-wide project management control processes; business process reengineering and most importantly change management perspectives that drive organizational improvements and efficiencies relative to this critical initiative. The PM is responsible for the management and coordination of all program activities throughout the project lifecycle, including project scope, definition, budget, project documentation (process flows and SOP’s), business resource planning and allocation, global training development and execution, solution deployment, and implementation post mortem / closure. This position will also work closely with the selected 3rd party partner and TravelCLICK’s IT Product Delivery, Product Management & Marketing, Service Delivery and Sales groups to deliver successful results.
